Vice President - COO
Originally from Minot, North Dakota. Kylee grew up on the farm with her dad harvesting wheat, canola, and sunflower, since she was 14 years old. Her teenage years were spent running custom harvesting combines, eighteen wheelers, and crews through the middle of the United States of American. Eventually, she decided that she had enough of harvesting and without knowinganyone she moved herself across the country and settled in Fort Worth, Texas.
She got into the car business by pure accident. Kylee took a job selling aftermarket accessories
at a Ford store in west Fort Worth as the Aftermarket Manager. Within 1 year she took
the store from 559 th in the country to number 1 in aftermarket accessories with Ford
Motor Company. Eventually, she was lured away to go to work for a vehicle converter,
As she had done before, she began making her name known all over Dallas / Fort Worth, as the premier aftermarket person with Progressive Concepts. After about 3 years with Progressive Concepts, Kylee was offered a National Dealership Sales Manager position with Wheel Pros, the largest distributor of custom wheels in the nation. She started their dealer division from ground up turning it into a $10,000,000 division for the company. Kylee did that for 3 years then decided to start her own company.
Kylee had all the contacts across DFW and was well respected so it made the
upstart quite a bit easier. She has all the passion in the world for what she does and
just happens to be the best at it in the DFW area and maybe the country.
The principals that Kylee has built her company on are very simple. Take care of the people that take care of you. It’s the exact reason that all of her employees rave about working for and
with her and also the reason that she has zero turnover with staff. Without a doubt she
has the premier company in DFW for not only her clients but also a line of employees
knocking at her door to come to work for her.
